Acrylic PaintingsStandard acrylic paintings use brushes, canvases, and acrylic paints.
I started painting using acrylics on normal white paper. It was a way for me to escape from a very dark and painful life. I knew that I needed to find something that would help me feel better. I remembered that in one shop there was a box of acrylic paints and brushes. I knew that when I was a child, I used to draw, and I liked it. I had never painted before, though. I gave it a try. I bought them, took a piece of paper, played music, and started to paint. The feelings I feel while painting cannot really be described. It is like being in my own beautiful world, where time does not exist. There is just me; music and creation come from a very deep side of me. Moments of my life say this is your place, where you belong. I never had a final vision of the painting. Just an overall idea. Everything comes in that moment. It is like speech without a plan. It is like improvisation. Eventually, when I finish, I realise what the painting means to me and how strong, connected, and deep it is. They are not just paintings. They are part of my soul and unconsciousness. |
Acrylic Pouring PaintingsAcrylic pouring paintings are created using a special medium mixed with acrylic paints poured on the canvas using different techniques. I started to learn how to create those paintings by combining different mediums with acrylic paints and radio between them. The first of them started to crush after they dried out, or the effect wasn't really good because the paint was mixed too much, so I did not get many variations of the shapes and colours. Eventually, I found a solution for those problems and started to play more. It is always so exciting to create those paintings because you never know what the final effect will look like.
